The sociological analysis of effective factors on law evasion (Meta- Analysis from present researches)

In every society, social order has a paramount importance. It is because stability os societies is dependent on maintaining social order.Social order can not be maintined unless people give respect to the contracted norms. When some people dismiss formal norms of society, law evasion and law breaking conditions will be created. But when a large number of people dismiss laws and norms,law evasion turns out to be asocial problem. The presents article is conducted to analyse the law evasipn effective factors from sociological point of view. The research which is based on an intefrative and multi-facet approach, investifated the contextual, social,economic, and political fators of law evasion and gives recommendeations to increase law fulness in the society.
