Choosing optimal strategy for exploiting recycled paper in printing industry using SWOT and GAHP model

Abstract:
As wheat is a strategic product and provide food security for people،paper is also a strategic material and provide cultural security for the society. The purpose of this study is choosing optimal strategy for the exploitation of recycled paper in printing industry through internal and external factors affecting the quality of recycled paper. In this study, six factors based on their effects on proper exploitation of recycled paper examined and the results of statistical analysis showed that segregated from the source with the highest impact is the first priority and improving methods for removing ink is the next priority. Using questionnaire and interviews with the managers of the printing city of Tabriz strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats extracted using recycled papers in the printing industry and then using the SWOT matrix utilization strategies proposed. To select the optimal strategy by putting measure factors AHP technique was used. The results showed that the strategy of development and strengthening of scientific and technical knowledge through commissioning scientific discipline of recycled paper on higher education is the best strategy.
