The Study of the Obstructive Border Measure's Effect in Sistan-Baluchistan Security based on Experts View Point

For some times, the blocking of boundaries in Iran is one of the most important matters and it is to be implemented. This blocking is going on in digging the canal, constructing the police stations, using the barbed wire, building the wall and using the modern control optical equipments.Boundaries blocking takes more human and financial resources, and if this action does not support from the government s` organizations it will be not only a useless activity but also it make some important problems in this zone.Thee aims of research is tic insider the effect of blocking styles(such as using barbed wire, digging the canal and earth work, extending the police stations, building watch towers, building concrete wall and installing surveillance camera)in Sistan-Balouchestan boundaries to the security of this province.(the purpose is to consider the disciplinary effects such as control and management of boundaries, decreasing the insurgent motions preventing from exporting the internal productions, increasing of drug findings and smuggled goods and controlling of cars and walking traffic). all of this study has been shaped based on experts view point. This research is practical based on the goal and attributive survey in gathering data. The number of member in statistical in this research are local experts including: army, disciplinary and judicial people in Sistan-Balouchestan province that at least have been worked in this province for 4 years. The sample of this research is 61 members including 55 males and 6 females. The scholar takes total number of the sample. From the respondents viewpoint, all activities in blocking the eastern boundaries of Iran, have the most effect in" the control of unauthorized traffic", "decreasing the insurgent motions", "preventing of drug transportation", "preventing of exporting the internal productions", "better control and management of the boundaries" and also result shows the lowest effect in" revenue level of frontiers", "employment ", and "increasing of national production" all in range.
