Assessing Organizational Culture by Fuzzy Gap Analysis Approach of staff of Yazd Technical and Vocational Training Organizations

Abstract:
Some scholars believe that if the stable changes want to occur in a particular organization, its culture must be changed and to be consistent with the organization's overall transformation. For this purpose, this study by gap analysis in fuzzy environment to assess the dimensions and features of the Denison Organizational Culture Model and to provide a new method to do the gap analysis. The statistical population was the staff of Yazd Technical and Vocational Training Organizations that among them, 90 cases were selected by Cochran formula. Reliability and validity of questionnaire respectively to assess and confirm by Cochran formula and content and construct validity. The results showed that the dimensions of organizational learning and team orientation have the largest gap and managers must prioritize these two concepts
