Police Education in Criminal Process, emphasis on Iran Criminal Procedure Act

Today Education is a main mechanism of Development in the organizations Increase of Knowledge of human resources is one of important duties for managers in any organization. Education managers need to a Educational complete plan and direct system to stable Educations Programs in own organizations، with purpose of create and transfer of knowledge. Iranian Police، based on several Acts has duties in public order، social security and criminal Investigations enforce of these important functions need to Education of human rights standards. Deputy of Education in Iranian police has duty for Education of Soldiers and police officers. Criminal Procedure Act، amendment at 1392 but police plan for education Don’t Changed then in this Article Suggested that: Educational Texts and recourses must be changed in police Education Programs. Police needs to change some Structures for enforce of new Act of criminal Procedure and some new Educations must be done for achieving special card for criminal Investigators in police.
