By emerging the Islamic revolution and forming the system based on the theory jurisprudential leader, the Shia jurisprudence entered a new phase of thousand years of life. One of the subjects that can be said in political literature to modern general meaning has no background is the issue of governmental resolution. Although this issue cannot be said has no background in the last jurisprudential texts but in the unique present meaning is to a large extent new.
