Examining and determining the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational memory in Guilan pharmaceutical industry

This research is going to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational memory in Guilan pharmaceutical industry. In terms of goal the research was functional and in terms of collecting data it was descriptive- surveying. The methods of collecting data were both library and field study. The population in this research was experts of Guilan pharmaceutical organization and the sample size was 171 persons. In this research the necessary data were designed through a questionnaire using Bontis theory with respect to the elements of intellectual capital and Al-Habil&Koraz research with respect to the relationship of intellectual capital and organizational memory. For examining the hypotheses, the Pearson tests and univariant regression were used. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and organizational memory of Guilan pharmaceutical industry employees. Also there was a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital aspects and organizational memory of Guilan pharmaceutical industry employees.
