Probing the Impact of Administrative Automation System Based on Manager's Decision Making

Case Study: Mehr Bank of East Azarbaijan Province
Abstract:
With quick Generalizing of access to computers and information technology and advanced media, no country can run the 21th century economy without modern and up to date electronic infrastructure. Information management is an important factor in decision making; Accurate, precise and updated information will increase the speed of decision making and will prevent making many wrong decisions. Automation is the most important tool to achieve this. The aim of this study is probing the impact of administrative automation on decision of managers of Mehr Bank of East Azarbaijan Province. This study was conducted with 50 staff and branch managers of the bank in the east Azarbaijan province. The results of the study suggest that the automation system effects increasing the accuracy and precision of decision-making, decision-making timeliness, and economic management of the MEHR Bank Of East Azarbaijan Province. This again endorse the role and effect of Administrative Automation System on decision making.
