Changing Identification Card of Afghanian Refuges to Passport and Surveying its Influence on Police Controlling Operation (Case Study in Khorasan Razavi Province 86-88)

This research surveys the value of influencing identification card to passport on controlling of police on Afghanian refugees. Some of the problems of public security are connected to the foreign national existence in Khorasan Razavi province. Therefore, their controlling is part of fundamental issues of our national security and interest, and changing their identification card to international document has main role. It is a scientific-comparing research and statistical population comprises from all the personnel and experts in charge of disciplinary control of foreign national which are selected randomly in sampling method. The questionnaire was used to collect data. The results show that there is a meaningful relationship between disciplinary control of Aghanian refuges and changing their situation and identification card to international certificate has main role.
