Studying commander's educational effectiveness factors in I.R.I Police University

The purpose of this paper is to Study commanders’ educational effectiveness factors in I.R.I Police university From the students’ perspective and how successful the commanders is examined. Descriptive - analytical techniques of the present study were collected through questionnaires and interviewing techniques to gather information by reviewing previous research and theoretical study of the five mains Vyzhgy¬ Mvlfh¬Hay effective management training has been recognized Using one sample t-test to localize research model, using structural equation modeling (LISREL) model lineup is the effectiveness of educational leaders.
