Learning organization and realization of organizational learning in the scope of the book and Publication

Learning organizations, are phenomena that advent in the decades of 90 due to the changes in the organizational environment. In this article using the 5 principles model of learning organization of Peter Seng that include individual skills, mental models, shared vision, team learning and systems thinking and designed the following principles for each of the principles to design a questionnaire with high validity and reliability by using of the field research and librarian measure the amount of Learner being of this organization. After random sampling of managers, officials, supervisors and experts of organization and collect their views t- test was used to approve the research assumption which based on SENG`S 5 principles of learning organization. The results showed that this organization has charachtericts learning organization.
