Studying Abortion In the Case Fetus and Mother's lives Are Threatened

Abortion means destroying the embryo. The human soul is respected, undoubtedly and killing is prohibited rationally and religiously however the religious law allow to do abortion in some cases. In this study we investigate Licensing and views of Supporters and opponents of abortion jurisprudence. This study uses jurisprudence approach and four sources to analyze the issue. Research showed that if the life of the mother or fetus is in danger before of blowing the soul in the body is permitted to doing abortion but if the life of the mother or fetus is in danger after of blowing the soul in the body is not permitted to doing abortion by religious jurisprudence. Abortion of malformed fetus and other special cases like sever disorder of fetus, in the case the soul is not blown, is lawful according to distress and constriction proofs, rule of negation of injury, and rational principles, otherwise it has the same rights as other people including right of survival and life. Therefore its abortion is unlawful.
