In contrast, the dominant form of settlement itself and its features is an imbalance in development. Like area Yazd city neighborhoods are imbalance on the inside. Thus, an applied research - development and review of the scope of the survey, followed by development and urban poverty neighborhoods in 50 metropolitan areas with GIS models and Yazd HDI.
