Social Capital Between Boys and Girls With Emphasis on Girls social capital

The present paper examined the state of social capital among girls and boys in Ilam province. Firstly the state of social capital both genders was determined. Then, the related factor among female groups were examined. Putnam central thesis was considered and refined based on Fukuyamas theory. Data from a sample of 180 girls and 188 boys in Ilam province, having at least 15 years of age were collected. And the spearman correlation analysis and structural equation modeling were used. The finding show that social capital among girls is higher than boys. a significant relationship was found among social capital, obeisance of low, social security and the use of mass media. But there was no significant relationship between social capital and the level of education. In conclusion, it can be said that the girls in the new society. Experience new values-which support opening a new discourse on social relation.Key Words: Social Capital, Obeisance of Law, Social Relation, Social Security, the use of Mass Media.
