The effect of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance

Abstract:
In this study, while describing the subject and its performance, it has been tried to be propound the organizational citizenship behavior indexes from point of view of some of the clear-sighted, the influencing factors on the subject, encouraging strategies of the organizational citizenship behavior and the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on organizational performance of agricultural jihad organization in Ilam province. Researching methodology, the describing-correlating one and its level is of applied type. This research s statistic community consists of 420 people of Ilam Agricultural jihad organization personals. The volume of estimated sample is 201 people which it is done through answering tow deferent ways of deducting and describing statistics. Finally, considering the results of statistic tests indicating a meaningful and positive connection between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance, the essay adds up and concludes the subject.
