Explanation Effect of Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Agility of Educational and Research Staff with Mediating Role of Organizational Intelligence (Case Study: Medical Sciences University of Tehran)

Abstract:
Introduction
One of the issues in the implementation of knowledge management within organization is the issue of knowledge sharing within an organization and between other organizations. The aim of this research, to explain the role of knowledge sharing on organizational agility With mediating role of organizational intelligence in Staff of Medical Sciences University of Tehran.
Methods
This study is a descriptive – Causal and Statistical population used in this survey consisted of all of the staff of training and research vice at Medical Sciences University of Tehran in 1393. And Among them, using method of classified sampling, 144 samples have been selected. In this research three questionnaires were used to collect data: researcher made questionnaire of sharing knowledge, researcher made questionnaire of organizational agility and standard questionnaire of Albrecht (2002) organizational intelligence. Formal and content validity of questionnaires approved by the experts and its reliability was calculated Using Cronbach's alpha which respectively was79, 82 and 82. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling were used.
Results
As well as, after running the model, it was found that knowledge Sharing influenced organizational agility with path coefficient (0/77= γ) and influence organizational intelligence with path coefficient (0/64 = γ). Moreover It was found that knowledge Sharing Indirectly and through organizational intelligences influenced organizational agility of Staff of Medical Sciences University of Tehran(0/05 = γ). The results showed that, the model of research is good fit relatively.
Conclusion
In general, it was found that the sharing and availability of knowledge in educational and research employees, causing them to be agile. It was also found that in addition to knowledge sharing, organizational intelligence can be effective in their agility. So, knowledge sharing from one side cause agility and on the other hand it would be caused by organizational intelligence.
