A Survey on Challenges and problems of Natural Resources Development Methods in the Central Province

Agricultural section is regarded as the economic development basis in development programs of Iran. More labor productivity and added values, in every branch of investment, are mainly devoted to agriculture. Sub - branch of natural resource in Central Province with having 1. 9 million hectares under which are regarded prominent from social and economic point of view. Despite this, some challenges and problems have prevented the full utilization capabilities. The present survey based on survey method is apt to the recognition of the challenges and problems to eradicate them. The statistical society include: managers, experts and extension agents in sub branches of agronomy and horticulture in Jihad Agriculture Central Province Organization. The experts and extension agent's sample quantity was determined by the use of Cocran formula and for managers, it was through censuses, which were about 101 people. The sample determined randomly. Research instrument was questionnaire. The research findings showed that the external problems and challenges were more the issues of more utilize from natural resource. The from forest and pasture and donُ t consider to nice time for feeding in pasture and be low level of public information and culture of people and producers on values and important of natural resources. On the other hand the results of factorial analysis on challenge and problems of natural resource development, show that opacities and faints of rules for utilizing and signalizing process determine the 42. 9 percentage of common variance between first factor and other variables. The most Influences factor in defining challenge and problems of natural resource development in the Central Province.
