Security plans, a strategy to increase public satisfaction (the case of social discipline plan in Region 3 Tehran)

Tehran police commander in recent years embarked on the implementation of social discipline in some areas of Tehran, including Tehran's District 3. While some critics have questioned the effectiveness of the implementation of the project and also the effectiveness of the plan and satisfaction of the people, the implementation of the scheme, it is important for policy making and implementation plan, Therefore, this study aimed to measure the effectiveness of social discipline and the relationship implementation to the satisfaction of the people has been done. present study is quantitative data and has done for practical purposes and in view of the nature, is correlational study. The study sample consisted of 240,000 thousand residents of District 3 of Tehran's population are over 18 years and by using a formula to determine the sample size, 165 participants were selected from the whole of the population. Measurement tool developed by the researchers of this study will form questionnaire with 28 questions. Credit tool calculated by Cronbach's alpha of 83 /. And its validity was confirmed by content validity. The present data by one-sample t test and Spearman's correlation analyzed in spss software package is located. Findings and The results showed that in terms of sample population, implementation social discipline in the three dimensions of aspects of the traffic, security and social order and people also has the necessary effectiveness of the implementation consent.
