The Mediating Role of Energetic Feeling in the Relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and Tend to Turnover
Abstract:
The aim of this paper was to investigate the mediating role of energetic feeling in the relationship between the Islamic work ethic,, and tend to turnover. It applied a descriptive–correlational research method. The statistical population was consisted of the staff of the Islamic incantation organization of Khorasan Razavi (204 people) in 1392. Data were collected by the following questionnaires: Islamic work ethic (Golparvar and Nadi, 1390), the energetic feeling (Golparvar and et. al, 1389), and turnover (Mobly and Horner, 1978; Lions, 1971). Then, they were analyzed by path analysis in Lisrel software. The results indicated that: 1) Islamic work ethic had a significant positive effect on energetic feeling. 2) Energetic feeling had a significant positive effect on turnover. 3) Islamic work ethic hadn’t a significant negative effect on turnover. 4) Thus, after removeing the direct path of Islamic work ethic to turnover; the research final model fit was satisfactory. Therefore, staff turnover reasons should be noted in organizations, certainly with approach of energetic feeling.
