A Survey on Relationship the Religiosity and Organizational Commitment among Employees Azad University of Mashhad

The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between religiosity and organizational commitment. This study is a systematic survey of a random sample and fieldwork of 192 employees of the Islamic Azad University of Mashhad by model of religiousness Clark and Stark in 1392(based on Iranian calendar), using the model of Allen and Meyer's organizational commitment. The reliability of survey questions is 90%.To test the hypothesis, and Kendall and Spearman correlation coefficients and linear regression was used to compare the means of SPSS software. In this study, the variable component of the religion (the dimensions of belief, experimental consequences, ritual aspects and intellectual) and the components of organizational commitment (affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment) were measured. The results showed that the main assumption of piety and commitment between two variables with a correlation coefficient of 0/333, there is a direct and significant relationship. The results show that secondary research hypotheses among the employees believe their organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0/225, and the correlation between organizational commitment and empirical 0/253 and the consequences of organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0/215, and the correlation between the ritual and the organizational commitment of 0/270, and the correlation between the intellectual and organizational commitment of 0/198, there is a direct and significant relationship. Regression results show that the dimension of the independent variable (the belief, the experimental, the outcome, Ritual aspects and religious thought) alone accounted for about 13 percent of total commitment and other variables, the contribution of other variables after the religious thought of the variable rate has the greatest impact on organizational commitment variables.
