Abstract:
The emergence of various higher education institutions required attention to the university's qualitative activities. One of the most important dimensions of quality was attention to student's needs and if we looked for student satisfaction, it was resulted in students` loyalty in reelecting their University to continue their higher education. The goal of this study was applying European customer satisfaction index and the factors affecting the quality of teaching and learning. This study was a correlation study and the population included all faculty members of Shiraz Medical Sciences and Fars Payamenoor. Using krejcie and Morgan formula and by eliminating the incomplete questionnaires,239 questionnaires were analyzed by using path analysis as the statistical procedure.The direct effect of Student satisfaction (0.18) and their Image (0.16) on Loyalty is meaningful. Also there is a meaningful effect between students` expectation (0.47), Software Perceived Quality (0.15) and Hardware Perceived Quality (0.19) with Students` satisfaction is meaningful.But there is no direct effect between visible value (0.10) and Students` satisfaction. Finally there is a meaningful effect between image(0.45),Software Perceived Quality(0.12),hardware Perceived Quality(0.15)and student expectation (0.47) and Student satisfaction. It should be noted that among the variables of the study, there is no significant and direct effect between visible value and students` satisfaction but there is significant relationship among other variables of the study.
