Relationships of Job Burnout with Job Characteristics, Psychology and Structural Empowerment: a Model for Sport Employees of Work place

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationships of job burnout with job characteristics, psychology and structural empowerment. The population consisted of employees working for sport organization in west Azarbayejan province (N=320). In this study, all of employees were used for modeling. Questionnaires Job burnout of Maslash, job characteristics of Morgeson and Humphrey, psychology empowerment of Spreitez and structural empowerment of Kanter were used to measure the intended variables. Path analysis through AMOS-16 software, were used to investigate the fitness of the proposed model. First, on the basis of review of literature, a proposed model presented and the fitness of the model using structural equation model were investigated. Based on the findings, it was indicated that in female employees, the direct coefficient paths between job characteristics and structural empowerment, job characteristics and psychology empowerment, and psychology empowerment and burnout frequency, reported to be significant (r = 0.52, r = 0.45, r = 0.28, p
