The Effect of Smart Diplomacy on International Political Communications

Essence changes in custom speeches and tools are not usual between nations, also diplomacy as the most important international communication tool is like that. By study of history of diplomacy, we can see historical summit, history that was begin with classic diplomacy (state-state diplomacy) and by increasing social awareness, experience open diplomacy (nation-nation diplomacy). By increasing telecommunications, public diplomacy (nation-state diplomacy) was created. Last diplomacies could not answer to our new requirements, so smart diplomacy was born. Smart diplomacy by last experiences want to solve international problems and will have effect on speed, facilitate and accuracy of international political communications.
