Skill training needs assessment based on land-use planning in industry sections

The aim of this research is analyzing the skill training needs of the east Azerbaijan based on land-use planning in industry sections. This is a descriptive survey research. The statistical population of this research consists of managers, planners and experts involved in industry sections of the east Azerbaijan. At first, 132 training needs have been extracted based on land-use planning. Afterwards, a training needs assessment form has been designed, which it consists of six-answer questions based on Likert's spectrum. The adaptability of these training needs to the labor market needs have been assessed based on expert's opinions. Finally, these skill training needs have been ranked basis on the questionnaire results quantification (based on the Likert's spectrum), and the scores obtained for each educational needs.
