Abstract:
The study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and social capital tend to remain with elementary school principal swere Lamard city. The population consisted of232patientsfrom 1394 to 1393isthe year of elementary school principals Lamerd city.
Emotional intelligence questionnaire to collect data from the questionnaire Austin (2004) with an overall reliability coefficient of80/., Social capital questionnaire Syed Naqvi (1388) with are liability coefficient of77/. Furniture and Horns desiring entry turn over (1977) with are liability coefficient of89/. Was used and the validity was also confirmed by experts. To analyze the data using Pearson correlation coefficient was used multiple regression result areas follows:1.Emotional intelligence and social capital end to beat significant predictor of survival administrators.
2.Emotional Intelligence can vary significantly predict survival desire. Factors regulating emotions and feelings can also evaluate the desire to significantly predict survival.
3. The desire to remain between social capital and there is a significant relationship managers.
