Effects of Toxic in chemotherapy and radiotherapy are followed by many changes in male reproductive system. Melatonin, one of the secretions of Epiphyses, known as an antioxidant. The aim of this study is the investigation of protecting effect of Melatonin on the disordering of spermatogenesis resulted in the Jemcitabin – therapy by analyzing the histology of testis. Samples in this experimental intervened study are 48, 8weeks aged male wistar rat .Samples randomly divided in 6 groups with 8 rats. control group affected by normal Saline (IP) Group 2,3Melatonin injected mono dosage (IP) in10, 20 mg/kg quantity Group 4 Jemcitabin injected mono dosage (IP) in 50 mg/kg quantity Group 5,6 Jemcitabin Melatonin injected jemcitsbin in 50mg/kg and melatonin10,2 mg/kg (IP) in IP manner 14 days after therapy, the symbols made unconscious and segregate the rats`testis and assessments was composed through the study of seminiferous tubules and counting of spermatogenic and somatic cells.
