Study of protective effect of melatonin on histological changes in spermatogeneses rat treated by jemcitabine

Effects of Toxic in chemotherapy and radiotherapy are followed by many changes in male reproductive system. Melatonin, one of the secretions of Epiphyses, known as an antioxidant. The aim of this study is the investigation of protecting effect of Melatonin on the disordering of spermatogenesis resulted in the Jemcitabin – therapy by analyzing the histology of testis.
