The Survey on the Effective Factors on Psychological Tolerance of Naja Operational Forces

Background and The main purpose of current research was to determined the effective factors on psychological tolerance promotion in Naja operational units employees.
The research method was quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test. The sample size was 50 employees of Naja special police units who were selected through stratified sampling method and divided into test and control groups. The authors have completed Conner and Davidson tolerance questionnaire, Sohrabi and Naseri spiritual intelligence questionnaire,Sherer general self-efficacy questionnaire and Abedi creativity questionnaire by test and control groups. For examining research hypothesises,the data were analyzed via Spss 19 software.
Findings: The findings of this research indicated that training spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy caused promoting tolerance in police operational forces.
The results of current research indicated that there is a significant relationship between test and control groups after executing educational courses and psychological intervention. This difference arises from educational intervention and participation of test group members in psychological spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy workshops.
