The Introduce of Surveillance Measures Technology as a Tool for Future Study

The problem of this study is that, when we should need to surveillance and which features needs? After a review of the organization's environmental analysis and observed precipitation patterns and indicators, in order to deepen the discussion was conducted descriptive study by questionnaire in the center of research and technology development (the aviation industry). A survey of the observatory are about 40 managers and experts who we can use from 34 questionnaires that they sent to us and then we were analyzed and tested these questionnaires. The results show that the organization is based on the relevant terms of the mission, there is an urgent need for surveillance technology, in terms of capabilities, at a relatively bottom. Under these conditions, vulnerable, meet the mission of the organization in the field of technology development and innovation a challenge, finally, with respect to this situation, the strategies and suggestions for improvements were proposed to monitor performance.
