Assessment of Relationship between Housing Quality and Psychological Capital in Informal Settlements Case Study: Yusufabad Neighborhood of Tabriz

The price of land has a significant impact on housing supply; the circumstances that led to the development of illegal or informal land markets are Quantity and quality and availability of housing guarantee. Housing poverty in urban areas, primarily in the form of informal settlements the randomly scattered. One of the most important symbols in the awareness of living in these areas, according to the indicators of quality housing. Informal settlements, including cars and houses without legal identity, which are unevenly scattered around cities Informal settlements are prominent factor in urbanization and housing for the urban poor. Meanwhile, a resident of informal settlements housing quality depends on many factors, one of which is the individual factors. This means that each of the residents of informal settlements such as capital that can be effective in improving the quality of their housing. The capital that can contain individual residents of informal settlements is psychological capital. The importance of psychological capital in informal settlements, the aim of this paper is the relationship between housing quality and psychological capital in neighborhood Yusufabad of Tabriz.
