Individual and community values conflict with the approach of cognitive science and reduction strategies to increase mental health; an opinion study

Abstract:
Classification of human value are based on the understanding experiences (physical and emotional) and education. The grading of values and beliefs are dependent to receiving bonuses and avoid damaging which change during life. If the person see conflicts between his believes and past educations with what’s happening go on inconsistency. Site of identifying conflicts and or high risk selection was recognized in cingulate cortex. Feeling paradox activate a new decision-making processes in the brain to make the change. In fact, during an adaptation process; the person is classified his believes to achievement a new adjustment. Feeling paradox can make stress and insecurity feeling that damaged to brain heath. In different people in range of the normal distribution, the compliance are variable. As a result, the majority of the population headed toward compliance with the values of the dominant norm, while not necessarily the dominant values in accordance with the nature and mental health. Therefore, correcting the dominant values of society is a critical step in providing mental health from the perspective of cognitive function of the brain.
