The possibility of establishment of fast response organizations (FRO) based on components of organizational learning

The purpose of this study was investigating the effect possibility of establishment of fast response organizations (FRO) based on components of organizational learning. The current research method regarding to the intrinsic, was descriptive and survey and Research projects used, was based on Structural equations model. The study population included all employees of Industry, Mine and Trade organization of Kermanshah province that by using simple random sampling method, 155 persons according to Cochran formula were selected as sample. Research data collection tools were standard questionnaire. Research data after gathering were analyzed by SPSS and LISREL. Results showed that effect of organizational learning on fast response organizations is positive and significant; as well as, component of shared vision among dimensions of organizational learning had of the greatest effective on fast response organizations.as well as, component of shared vision among dimensions of organizational learning had of the greatest effective on fast response organizations.s well as, component of shared vision among dimensions of organizational learning had of the greatest effective on fast response organizations.as well as, component of shared vision among dimensions of organizational learning had of the greatest effective on fast response organizations.
