Effect of Climatic Elements on Crime Rates in the Khuzestan Province
a number of factors such as the social (culture, education, economics, etc.), climate (temperature, humidity, sunshine hours, night and day,Plains Mountains,...) Systematic social (policies, rules,…) on crimes that affect the climate of the aforementioned factors that influence the incidence of crime, the impact study climate conditions on crime in the province of Khuzestan has been great. statistics about this event ( other than discovery alone) such as: theft, murder, strife and conflict, corruption and social evils from 2007 to 2012, police command and control center of the solar system and the parameters of Khuzestan Waterand the use of GIS software zoning offenses took place in the province . The results showed that climatic factors have a significant impact on crimes. 1.55 percent increase in theft winter sunshine hours in addition to the special conditions of economic decline and the long night has a significant impact ,1.09 percent increase in murder in the spring and then in summer the conditions for communication and other main factors for the occurrence of crime and reduce their threshold of climatic condition, 4.19 percent increase in corruption crimes in summer that comply with the highest percentage of alcohol to alleviate hunger and the intense heat of the crowded city streets and the street protests that causes drunk and strain and extortion, 0.80 percent increase in strife and conflict crime the summer human endurance vulnerability due to the heating season and the result is an aggressive and offensive ,1.44 percent increase in social evils in the spring due to good natural conditions and specific human physiology confirmation of this claim.
