Study of Connection between Hardiness, Job Satisfaction among Mahabad Azad University Staff

Abstract:
This study investigates the connection between hardiness, job satisfaction among Mahabad Azad University staff. The applied approach was correlation approach, and all the staff had been selected as statistical group. We determined our sample volume by using random sampling (100 staff and 100 employees). To gather the information, we used two tools, Cobasa personal idea scale and Davis, Lafcosite & Vase job satisfaction questionnaire. Descriptive statistics (average, table, abundance distribution, etc) and inferential statistics (T test) had been used to analyze the data. Results of this study indicated that: There is a meaningful connection between hardiness of employees and staffs. There is a meaningful connection between employee’s and staff’s job satisfaction. There is a meaningful connection between employee’s hardiness and gob satisfaction. There is a meaningful connection between staff’s hardiness and job satisfaction.
