Structural Model of the Relationship between Knowledge Strategies with Individual and Organizational Learning Capacity of Physical Education Teachers

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is the relationship between knowledge strategies with organizational and individual learning capacity of physical education teachers in isfahan. The research methods were causal – solidarity. The statistical basis of that concerning all physical education teachers of girly schools of 6 districts in isfahan including 514 participants and 167 teachers were selected as sample size. Statistical analysis showed that there is a significant positive relationship betweenknowledge strategies individual learning capacityand organizational learning capacity. According to this model, the direct effects of knowledge retrieval on organization learning, knowledge utilization on individual learning, knowledge sharing on individual learningand knowledge sharing on organizational learningwere confirmed and the indirect effects of the model were confirmed too. The results show that all aspects of the knowledge strategies have a significant and positive impact on learning capacity.
