Relationship between Dimension of Effective Lecturer and Entrepreneurial Motivation from the view of Agricultural Extension Education Students at Razi University, Iran

University is fertile graond for innovation base knowledge and entrepreneurship development due to its human capital in the form of students and faculty members. Entrepreneurship lecturers are most effective factors to the desired success in achieve entrepreneurship educational goals. This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of effective lecturers on entrepreneurial motivation from the perspective of agricultural students. Statistical population was 163 Agricultural Extension and Education students (who had passed entrepreneurship course prior to this stady at Razi University). Sample size was determined 113 students using Morgan table who were selected through simple random sampling technique. as Validity of the questionnaire sustained by panel of experts at the Agricultural Extension and Education, and ordinal Theta coefficient (θ=0.95) was calculated using R software to department the questionnaire reliability.
