Quality of work life among Islamic Azad University personnel of district 9

Abstract:
Quality of life at work considered as multi-aspect program in which consider satisfaction of work life quality and balance between life and job. Job satisfaction, work life balance, personal touchy skills development, considering personal issues and personnel functions are among qualities that coincide with quality of work life. The following research aimed to evaluate quality of work life among Islamic Azad University personnel of district 9. All the personnel of Islamic Azad University of district 9 who were at function during 2010-11 educational years are considered as research population. Sample is chosen by random stratified sampling (according to job orders). Data acquired via researcher made questionnaire of 40 questions about work life quality which followed Walton pattern. Analysis of data on descriptive statistics consider frequency distribution, median, aggregation percent and deductive statistics consider 8 fields of work life quality by T-test of each group. Also T-test of independent groups, variance analysis and Duncan post hoc test compare work life quality according to age, job experience, and job title and job orders.
