Preaching and training Methods of Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) in Quran

To promote a message and a mission, we need effective preaching appropriate methods, and to build a society we need to use effective training methods. Knowing conduct and procedures of prophets to guide individuals and communities and also delivering the message or divine mission is important; because they are under the divine guidance and all believers who are seeking the truth, can benefit from them very well and with confidence.
Among the prophets Ibrahim (PBUH) - known as the father of prophets and messengers of monotheism – has a prominent position in the field of human education and the promotion of divine mission. In this paper we try to explain his character and his Preaching and training Methods. As there are some different views about differences between education and Preaching, we need paying attention to a point which is important to the separation of methods. The point is this: education is mainly relates to the person or individual but preaching is relates to the society. Accordingly, the most prominent training Methods of Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) are: wakening up consciences, raising questions, emphasis on worship and prayer, leading to the goodness, and to honor the family. Also the most prominent Preaching Methods of Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) are: stipulating on monotheism and worship of God in all situations, rejecting heresy and polytheism, resistance and endurance, and good debate or controversy.
