The comparison of learning levels in chemical element nursing with three approaches: web-based electronics training, multi-media software packages and lecturing

Aims: As there are several electronic training than traditional methods such as lecturing, there is a question that which one is more effective. This study is based on a comparison of lecturing, multi-media software packages and web-based education for Nursing Care of Chemical Agents in one of the military hospitals.
in a semi-experimental study, 99 nurses were selected by a target-based approach from one of the Tehran military hospitals in the year 2012. Nurses then have been put into three random groups. Three groups were evaluated using a pre-test with standardized questions then groups were trained necessarily with the aforementioned methods and they did the post-test as the same questions. After data collecting, the results have been analyzed using Spss 16 and statistical and analytical tests.
