Identifying the Effective Factors in absorbing and Eliminating the Barriers of Students Entrance to AJA

Nowadays it is believed that human resources are the most important competence advantage and organizational capital. So it is emphasized on valid role of talents in organization and appropriate managing of them is considered too important. The purpose of this study recognizing the affecting factors on absorbing in medical university of AJA.
this kind on study is a semi experimental that was performed on 269 students of AJA University of medical sciences and 420 students in Iran. The data gathering tool of this study was a researcher made questionnaire that Validity of these questionnaires by content analysis method and stability of them by Cronbach's alpha are confirmed. Finally, with utilizing multi variable regression method and using SPSS software the data is analyzed.
The result of the research is that components advertising and absorption factors, the quality of universities higher education system, and also environmental factors have more influence than the others on absorbing students.
to improve the performance of university in attracting students, more emphasis on advertising, marketing and absorption factors should be consideredhuman resource, training, education, regression.
