Analyzing the Origin of Command Style in Alavi Culture

Command style results from mental and value culture of the commanders. By reversed engineering of these two factors and their influential parameters, we can grasp the commander's style. Mental and thinking origin of imam's (a) is affected by two social factors: 1- Social and cultural situations of that time. 2- Soft and hard arena. The arena has some characteristics which require special behaviors. Normally, understanding the differences of them helpfully affect the understanding of Imam (a) command styles in soft and hard threats. The two origins are studied to demonstrate the ideal command style in Alavi culture, which will be presented in future issue of the magazine.
