Clustering and prioritize behavior of managers in strengthening staff extra-role behavior (Case study: social workers of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in Khorasan Razavi Province)

The present study is done aims to prioritize and clustering behavior of managers to strengthen social workers extra-role behavior of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in Khorasan Razavi Province. By using simple random sampling among the social workers of this institution, 207 questionnaires were analyzed by two-step cluster analysis (Hierarchical Cluster Analysis and K-Means) and using SPSS statistical software. Nine behavioral themes that Prioritization and clustering includes manager supportive behavior, benevolent, empowering, fair, respectful, trust oriented behavior, virtue and religion-oriented behavior, commitment and tolerance oriented behavior. In hierarchical cluster analysis was performed, viewpoints of social workers about the behavior of managers in strengthening the social workers extra-role behavior were divided into 4 clusters and then, 28 city of the province according viewpoints of social workers by using of K-Means analysis were in these four clusters and Finally, nine behavioral themes of managers in the whole province were prioritized. The results showed that the first cluster is the largest cluster in terms of frequency and most cities are in this cluster. This cluster for virtuous behavior-oriented, fair and responsible manager attaches great importance. In the end, based on prioritization and clustering behavior of managers, behavioral model is presented to these foundation managers.
