The impact of social support on well-being of staff With mediation role of workaholism and work engagement. (Case of Study: Iranian National Standard Organization).

Now a days, the organization have covered all aspects of human life. And Many of people devoted great deal of their times to work. Increased Organizational support causes people have more belong to organization , they Have more satisfied with their jobs and therefore are more willing to stay in the Organization and will be less inclined to leave their jobs.
The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of social support on well-Being of staff With mediation role of workaholism and work Engagement (Case of Study: Iranian National Standard Organization).
For this purpose to gather data and measure required variables of the hypothesis , 188 questionnaire with five- item likert scale were used and in order to Test the Hypothesis the spss22 and lisrel8.54 softwares used. Results reveal that work Engagement is positively related to job satisfaction and negatively related to Perceived stress and sleep disorders. Also workaholism is negatively related to Job satisfaction and positively related to perceived stress and sleep disorders. Finally, The Mediatior role of work engagement among work-related social Support and job satisfaction, perceived stress and sleep disorders confirmed.
