Analysis of factors affecting the Tourist's satisfaction Tourist Destinations Golestan provinceCase Study: The Touristic Area of Naharkhoran, Gorgan)

Tourist’s satisfaction is one the most important competitive factors and the best indicator to ensure future benefits for organizations. Today, most organizations adopt the level of customer satisfaction as an important criteria to measure quality of their pactices. Tourist’s satisfaction is achievable in the case that processes is designed in such a way that offered services can address customers needs and spectations. This study has been done by using discriptive method as well as survey and field study. The samle includes 150 of tourists who have visited Naharkhoran Resort from March to septamber 2016. Study sample was selected by convenience method. Gatehered data were analysed using SPSS software. Results show that quality of services, environment, host community behaviors, as well as cost of the services can describe 65 percent of total variance of the study variables. Also, according to the results of Pearson Test, there is a meaningful correlation between mentioned factors and tourist satisfaction. It means that four mentioned factors, along with the climate, green area and safe environment are the most important contributory factors to the satisfaction of tourists.
