Review implementation of urban development plans in the spatial organization (Case study: coastal city of Babolsar)

This study examines the implementation of urban development projects on the spatial organization of the coastal city of Babolsar. Therefore, in terms of analytical and descriptive research method in terms of purpose is applied. To collect data from studies library-documents through the analysis of Article 5 of Commission reports and 100 in an 11-year period (1384 to 1394) as well as field surveys, interviews have taken place. The findings indicate that the total area of 1652 hectares Babolsar, a coastal city about 60 hectares through unauthorized density, land use changes and separation, has undergone major changes. City plans conflict with the principles of the people. The results confirm the hypothesis presented, showed that the three main elements (public sector, private sector and the public sector) as operator of the space agency directly and indirectly influenced the changes in Babolsar. Given the dependence of Babolsar city management revenue increased density, this trend has continued from 1385 to 1393; But in 1394 declined and is oriented towards the resolution of land. The increased density in the neighborhood of 16 Babolsar not the same and most of the neighborhood was the prime minister.
