Fostering Belief in Religious Doctrines in Contemporary Society with an Emphasis on Resurrection

Fostering belief in Islamic doctrines is among the greatest goals in the sphere of religious training. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to present those doctrines by using proper devices in this age so that the religious doctrines and concepts may be most effective for the addressees and not ignored by them. In the present article, we have tried to introduce various devices that can be effective in fostering belief in religious doctrines (especially that of resurrection), to investigate their strong and weak points, and to state the ways for promoting their quality. This study emphasizes that in the present age, the best, the strongest and the most effective device for fostering belief in religious doctrines – especially the important doctrine of resurrection – is nothing except drama which must be used in a more specialized way in this regard.
