Analysis of factors affecting citizens satisfaction of urban management using factor analysis and multiple regression methods (Case Study: the city of Saqez)

Abstract:
In the current era, evaluation and performance management in public organizations with a new approach and criteria Called: clients and citizens satisfaction, has been stressed. According to the new theory, increase citizen satisfaction, while increasing trust and public participation, social integration and national authority makes, it simplifies the comprehensive development process. The purpose of this study is identified factors influencing citizens satisfaction of the municipality Saqez. so that The findings of the present study can city managers in enhance citizen satisfaction And increase popular participation in the implementation of development projects, recreational, cultural and other help. Method this research was a descriptive –analytical study that results can have practical. Number of members statistical sample of 260 people randomly selected. Data collected in the computer software SPSS, according to purpose of the study, using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis methods were analyzed. Results of this study showed that 23 variables are identified, Subheading 5 total factor, Development - services , communication network development, planning - management ,the city service development, construction - are classified participation by citizens. 5 factors are extracted totally able to explain the %62/5 of the total variation of indicators are reviewed. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the extracted factors totally can 99/8% of the variance independent variable of the satisfaction of the citizens of the city manages performance to explain Saqez. factors Development - services - planning - management, city services, network development and construction development - citizen participation respectively have a greatest impact in the satisfaction of citizens of municipal function.
