Determination of proximal and chemical composition of Sistan and Baluchistan province geographical beaches strain of Sargassum ilicifolium

Sargassum ilicifolium were collected from 18 stations of Sistan and Baluchistan coastal waters, washed out, dried and powdered then transferred to laboratory for biochemical analyzing of total protein (% DW) using Kejeldal method, amino acids using HPLC device, Crude fat (%DW) using Soxoleh method, Fatty acids with GC device after determination of FAMES, carbohydrate (%DW) with phenol sulfuric acid method, vitamins with HPLC device, Ash content using burning in Avon, minerals with flame photometry and astaxanthin with spectrophotometry and statistical analysis using SPSS, Ver. 14.
