Abstract:

This situation dangerous because of narrow streets, High concentration of population in old tissues, Tall building incorrect posion decision, constructions Carried out on the path aqueduct and placement of in an area with high seismicity, is That a result of urban sprawl of and increasing congestion in large cities. Resulting in the loss of network performance, the high volume of casualties and financial losses. The purpose of this study was to predict the vulnerability of the communication network is earthquake different intensity. To achieve this, the effective index of 10 metropolitan road network vulnerability to earthquakes in planning models and consolidated since were weighted and fuzzy modeling. Selective layers of in the GIS environment and ultimately the composition of the pre-earthquake vulnerability map was prepared.
