Justice in View of Imam Khomeini

Justice regarded as the most critical Islamic instructions has been greatly reflected within the political- social deliberations of Imam Khomeini. In view of that grand jurisprudent, justice is regarded as the characteristic of the owners of position within the religious civility as well as the objective and criterion of a religious government. Nonetheless, justice like some of the social concepts is of numerous meanings being in need of analysis in terms of the jurisprudential, philosophical, ethical, and political aspects to investigate its relationship with the other related concepts and to make it more prominent. According to the researcher, analyzing the linguistic structure as well as studying the concept of justice is truly in need of an extended study in the written works of Imam Khomeini.
