The Measurement of Personality Traits of Perpetrators of Pseudo Security Crimes
This study aimed to measure and determine the personality traits of perpetrators of the pseudo Security crimes. The main question to be answered in this paper is that what are personality traits for the perpetrators of pseudo security crimes? And how much is the frequency of each feature? Due to the novelty of the subject matter (pseudo security) the aim of the study is exploratory and the research method is field study.The population of the study include all those who committed pseudo security crimes. Using convenience sampling a number of 51 individuals were selected as the sample of the study.To this end, the Millen Clinical Multiaxial Inventory Tuesday (MCMI-III) questionnaire was distributed among the samples, and extracted information were analyzed through descriptive statistics. The results indicated that the personality traits associated with the perpetrators of the pseudo-Security crimes are; antisocial personality disorder, histrionic, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, avoidance, masochism, narcissistic and pessimist.Moreover, The personality traits associated with antisocial personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder, with 5/23, had the highest frequency among the perpetrators of the pseudo-security crimes.Furthermore, the personality trait of obsessive-compulsive personality disorder with 19/6 was in third place, and personality trait associated with depression and isolating with 9.5 were in the other place, and personality traits related to three personality disorder ,namely ;masochism, narcissistic and negatively oriented, each with 2 were categorized in the last place. The point to be considered is that 15/7 of the sample had no personality disorder.
